## Questions, answered.

### What goes in, and what comes out?

A walkthrough of your site, filmed on a phone, an action camera or a 360 camera, or by an SSG crew. You get a 3D copy of the site with the video playing back where it was filmed. Anything the walk missed shows as a gap.

### Is playback a live feed?

No. Playback uses footage captured on a visit, from the camera position where it was filmed.

### Who can see my sites?

Your account controls access to its sites. Owners can export site information and available source files, with omissions listed, and record downloads use separate authenticated links.

### Can we export our data?

Yes. A site export ZIP includes every visit, record, ticket and its history. Record PLY and SOG downloads are available separately.

### What footage allowance is included?

Each site’s monthly processed visit covers a normal walkthrough of that site’s size. Longer captures are quoted before processing.

### Can I sign up today?

Early access is opening a few accounts at a time. Request early access and tell us about your sites. The form sends us your request; it does not create an account.

### Does TRACE find changes and raise tickets automatically?

Planned. Today, you compare aligned visits and create tickets yourself. Alignment needs human acceptance; autonomous change detection and agents that monitor new visits are Planned.
