### How do I test a capture product fairly?

Use one site you know and the same five jobs: find a recorded moment, see what changed between two visits, send a job to the exact spot, open its source video, then export what you need.

### Is a TRACE record survey-grade?

Not today; survey-grade measurement is Planned. Each record carries a checked appearance score. For survey dimensions, set reference measurements first.

### What does TRACE cost?

One price per active site each month, set by size, with unlimited people and tickets. The pricing page lists every band.
