Tickets open at the equipment.
Pin a work order to the equipment in the 3D record, with the visit and the video moment attached, so the technician arrives with the right part.

Keep the work beside what was recorded.

Choose a spot in an accepted Record and create the Ticket. Add a Visit, clip time and supporting Findings so a later reader can inspect the source.
TRACE checks that the pin and clip belong to the same Visit. A Ticket status records the work’s status; it does not change a Finding’s review state.
One pin, any kind of work.

A punch list item is one use: keep the observed issue at its spot while you track the follow-up. An inspection question, facility repair or campus handover can use the same Ticket.
The operator creates and updates the work. Automatic change detection and agents raising tickets on their own are Planned.
Planned One-action Ticket replay that jumps to any footage moment and its 3D pin.
How 4D playback works todayQuestions, answered.
Is this a punch list tool?
A punch list is one workflow you can build with Tickets. TRACE supplies the spot, date, source links and status history; it is not limited to construction or a fixed inspection checklist.
Does a closed ticket prove the work was done?
Not by itself. Compare the next visit with the last one from the same view to confirm the repair.
Does every Ticket need a 3D pin?
No. Pins and footage moments are optional. When supplied, their Record, Visit and clip relationships are checked.
